As I write this, it is 6 weeks before the Christmas music ends and we have already broken out the holiday decorations at the spa - my cute little nephew was helping his grandma. But with less than 2 weeks before Thanksgiving we are focusing on our Thankfulness. When asked, Alison said she is thankful ...
she is not dead or paralyzed.
An update on Alison's condition: after her car accident in mid October, she has been home now for 2 weeks. She is using a walker which, much to her dismay, she will continue to need for at least another 6 weeks. She is determined to get better but cant rush her body, even though she really, really tries.
Mary Jaye spoke for the rest of us when she responded to the question SHE was thankful Alison wasn't dead or paralyzed. Hear, Hear! We have been in awe of the outpouring of concern and affection. Alison has been cheered and deeply touched by the cards and well wishes she has received.
We are thankful to be celebrating another holiday season here in Montrose with our wonderful and supportive family of clients. We couldn't be here if it wasn't for you. With Alison out of work for several more months, we have been dividing her schedule amongst us and want to say a heartfelt THANK YOU for your patience and understanding with the change of hours.
Now that the holiday season is on its way, I'm giving everyone a heads up about upcoming Montrose events and our holiday hours.
Our Tuscany Spa staff and I wish you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving.

It is official, I heard my 1st Christmas song this morning. Of course my driving suffered as I stared at the radio in shock, because it makes perfect sense to expect visual confirmation from an audio device. Sheesh. Dragging my eyesback to the road I sat in stunned silence as Andy Williams sang to me about dreaming of a white Christmas. Sorry Andy, but us Californians are just happy to see a bit of snow on the mountains. Three cheers for ending the drought.
