Not that this info is not important (or that it wasnt a odd and fascinating experience writing about myself in the third person all while NOT sounding like a pretentous diva.) But really is that what YOU care about?

All that bio info is at the bottom in case you are interested. Plus I'm proud of it, it took time and struggle to write it and not ready to toss it.  (Please let me know what you thought of it and if I succeeded in NOT coming across diva-esque).

Why this blog and why should YOU read it. 

Simply, because YOU matter. 

You deserve to have the knowledge to take better care yourself and boost your confidence. You are not your perceived flaws. You are a total package. Use this blog to discover ways to improve your skin, body, knowledge and overall health and wellness. 

Unlike sales clerks that alarm you horror-stricken exclamation over the bag under your eye (yes this happened to me in Vegas and don't we all love feeling like crap?), the focus of this estsy (short for esthetician) blog is on the positives of all of you while minimizing those possible imperfections. 

This blog is here to give you knowledge and we all know that Knowledge is the Power to give those nasty sales clerks a raspberry (pftthhtft to them and there high-handed, morale-crushing sales techniques.) Let us know what you think and share any ideas or questions.

Michelle has nearly 20 years of experience as an esthetician, (aka: facialist/beautician) educator and marketer within the Southern California Spa and Skincare Industry. She has been a part of the beauty field since she was a teenager when her mother became a Cidesco Zurich Esthetician. 

Drawn to the various aspects of the beauty industry she has pursued advanced education in every aspect of this field, recently completing the UCLA Cosmetic Chemistry Courses.

Tuscany Spa's clientele love the amount of knowledge and insider information that she freely shares. But clients joked they forgot to bring pen and paper to their facials and urged her to write it all down for them. So this blog was born as a resource for straight forward skincare, a reference for honest wellness education and reminder of the information they'd forgotten to record.

Skincare Solutions by Michelle, Esthetics Director and Tuscany Spa Skin and Body Clinic are excited to be a part of Montrose, our wonderful bedroom community in Southern Californian. Therefore this blog will also include events, businesses and items of interests to our local community.
