1 simple tip quickly treats your Thanksgiving pain

This week for Wellness Wednesday I have a quick, easy tip from our massage therapist Erin.
With all the prep work before Thanksgiving it is easy to get muscle cramps and pain in your hands, arms and neck. But you have a lot left to do; so you just have to work through it.
With this trick take 3 minutes, deal with the ouch, get back to your Holidays.
Your 3 minute quick and easy Thanksgiving pain reduction trick
- Step 1. Grab a rounded end plastic bottle eg: Ketchup Bottle
- Step 2. Place bottle on the painful spot and gently press
- Step 3. Hold the bottle at steady pressure for 3 minutes

Thats it! Three steps, Three minutes, Back in Action. Done and Done.
Important note:
- Do NOT put too much pressure.
- Hold the bottle until you feel it touch and impact your painful spot.
- Keep it at that pressure.
- The muscle will release without you adding intense pressure or bruising yourself.
You can use this trick on your legs and feet too.
